I read Robert Monroe's books on OBEs many years ago and was in awe then and still am today. It was through following a technique described in one of his books that I was able to achieve a very short trip over my bed. Unfortunately, when I saw my sleeping physical body I panicked and popped back in. I'm hoping now to learn better and easier techniques to achieve OBEs with ease. Hemi Synch is one area I am exploring but I'm hoping there is a faster process.
