This is a question I first had over twenty years ago when I was just a teenager. While skipping study hall and browsing my school library I discovered the strangest book I had ever seen...
It was a book about astral projection that changed the course of my life and it lead me to the discovery that we as human beings are creatures unknown to ourselves. That there is a magical half to us that has been totally ignored and is waiting to awaken.
The book that I found actually described astral projection techniques that showed you how to astral travel and do astral projection.
Meaning, it taught astral projection techniques that showed how a man or woman is capable of astral traveling outside of their physical body to distant locations in the real world and other places that aren't even conceivable to your imagination. Micheal, thanks again for keeping up with the latest and best teachers. Astral Projection is something I've been working on for some time now with limited success (only once that I can recall), and I'm going to spend quite a bit of time perusing this site, which I'm sure is going to be as exciting as your Remote Viewing material is.

If anyone out there thinks that Astral Projection is BS I can assure you that it is not. I can attest from personal experience that it is absolutely real. I have been having Out Of Body Experiences since I was 24 years old. I used to do it on a regular basis (sort of uncontrollably) until I started smoking marijuana regularly when I was 26. And for about 13 years I have not had an OBE because of the marijuana. Just recently I quit smoking weed and have been practicing my relaxation techniques and I started having Astral Projection experiences again. There are many books on the subject including a couple of really good ones by Robert A. Monroe. You can also find some pretty good techniques in a book called "Wisdom Of The Mystic Masters" by Joseph J. Weed written in 1968 (which I am reading right now). If you have any doubts about Astral Projection I suggest you try some of these techniques and prove it to yourself. This is the only way you can know for sure. There is no scientific evidence supporting the existence of Astral Projection. The only way for you to know, to really know, is to try it for yourself.
