Are you an astral projection beginner and are wondering what exactly is involved with in an astral projection experience?
Discover an Astral Projection Experience at the Monroe Institute!
The Monroe Institute is the world's leading non-profit organization devoted to exploring human consciousness. They also have produced the famous hemi sync audio technology trademarked by the Monroe Institute, that can be used for several applications including for out of body experiences.
Carol Sabick, a student at the Monroe Institute, explains her astral travel experience which was monitored scientifically. To increase Carol's experience, they used a type of astral projection audio which uses frequencies called binaural beats which change the brainwaves to induce her astral voyage.
Have you ever had a hemi sync gateway experience to the astral world? I'd love to hear more about people's experiences with this amazing technology.

While most of my Astral experiences have not been directly during a Hemi-Sync exercise, they have certainly helped. Several times with Hemi Sync, I would get the feeling of growing larger, moving my head or arm.. when I knew it didn't "physically" move it,etc.
However I can certainly say that when I would combine Hemi-Sync with daily meditation practices, I would usually have lucid dreams later that night. During those lucid dreams I may be in a scene where I feel like I'm falling, or being dragged forward, this triggers me to wake up, and I awake into the Etheric in my room usually, and can sometimes exit through a window or door, but many times my energy or vision is lacking and the experience comes abruptly to an end.
So Hemi-Sync can help to train one to recognize the various physical/subtle energy sensations of moving into the "mind awake/body asleep" state, but shouldn't become a crutch.
I've been to the Monroe Institute twice, but I've only seen that booth once. I really, really wanted to go in that booth for a while and see if it made a difference. The standard CHEC units are awesome, but I always wondered if the booth was somehow better...
