Astral Projection Stories Are Overwhelmingly Positive

Stories of Astral Projection have circulated among us since ancient times. Avid practitioners will you it may even be possible to travel to other times and places to experience those far off lands. However, it's important to note that no two people have the same experience. While there are commonalities through some of the astral projection stories, most are quite unique to the individual. Having said that, there are four or five more or less common things that happen during the begging or learning stages of astral travel. Most people report this in more or less the same way.

Out Of Body Experience - We have all heard the accident victim or surgery candidate speak about an out of body experience. Some people under traumatic circumstances will find themselves looking down at themselves or watching others perform some kind of activity, i.e. surgery, while they look on from a different vantage point. It's seems most people usually speak of being above their original physical body looking down.

Time Travel - A lot of avid astral travelers report traveling through time, perhaps revisiting an previous experience from a different point of view or visiting an entirely new experience at a different point in time, either in the future, or in the past. Either way, it's a relatively common experience amongst those who astral travel.

Laws of Physics Don't Apply - Most people that report experiences, either directed or by accident, find themselves floating aloft. The also tend to find themselves invisible. So for example, an astral traveller might be able to pass through solid objects or have solid objects pass through them. Likewise, they find themselves unconstrained by the standard laws of physics and are able to move around and through things at will. However, it's also interesting to note that persons are unable to affect anything. For example, one couldn't open a door or pickup a pen or talk to someone, it just isn't possible.

Experience With Spiritual Fasting

On Friday January 28th my husband and I went to a local Mexican Food place and had dinner together. We hadn’t eaten out alone in a few months so it was a special treat. I had dropped the children off at my parents’ house earlier that afternoon as they agreed to watch them overnight. They would be returning home some time after 7:00pm on Saturday. The delicious Chicken Tostada Salad I ordered would be my last meal until Sunday morning. My husband and I were dedicating ourselves to a Spiritual Fasting in an effort to connect with Universal Source on a deeper level. On Saturday we would be meditating, receiving Reiki, holding Ritual and using Divination (I was going to be doing Tarot Readings later that evening).

I hadn’t done a Spiritual Fasting since I was a teenager. Then I was a practicing Roman Catholic and was obligated to do Fastings during Lent and other times of the year. This time however, it wasn’t an obligation. It was a choice. A choice that I was making with intent to advance my journey along my personal spiritual path and to strengthen my personal relationship with God and Goddess. We had decided that we would allow ourselves to consume only water during the Fast. The first twelve hours were easy. My husband and I were busy with sleeping, our normal morning routine and meditation. During the mediation I received a few phrases one of which was “The Gathering” and “Come join us.” I also had a vivid experience in Astral Projection where I had visited the shop I Read at watching what I believed was the owner doing Reiki. Although it made no logical sense because I knew she wouldn’t be doing Reiki sessions that day as she would be busy coordinating the events and Readings that were taking place that day.
