An Amazing Astral Experience 0

Whilst searching for videos to share with you on YouTube, I found a truly amazing demonstration by a famous out of body experience teacher called Jerry Gross. The demo was broadcasted on TV at a Californian studio location even though Jerry was in St Paul, Minnesota. By simply using the power of his mind, Jerry was able to do astral projecting and move a clear plastic box that was hanging in mid-air! How awesome is that?

How does Hemi Sync work? 2

Have you ever wandered what is hemi sync and how does it work?

Developed by the most famous Astral Projection Master, Robert Monroe of the Monroe Institute, listening to hemi-sync can truly enhance your out of body experience and take it to the next level.

Hemi Sync technology is a type of astral projection frequency (also called binaural beats) which can provide a greater out of body experience as it is based on the natural function of the brain which encourages coherent brainwave activity. Different brainwave patterns indicate different mental states or levels, like alpha (rest), physical activity (beta), delta (deep sleep), and meditation (theta).

An Astral Travel that Saves Lives 0

Be a Superhero!Everyone likes having that warm, fuzzy feeling after someone has been saved from their untimely death when we watch TV show’s or movies. That’s why crime shows and medical shows are the most popular television series in the world.

But have you ever considered yourself a hero — with the ability to time travel? I’m not talking about some kind of wannabe comic book hero wearing a mask, tights and a cape like on Stan Lee’s reality TV Show, “Who Wants to be a Superhero?” I’m talking about sensing a danger that could potentially destroy innocent lives (including your own) from a threat out of your control — through the amazing power of astral travel.

That’s just what one person did through a warning in her astral dream, as recounted by her famous Hypnotherapist, Dr. Bruce Goldberg.

An Astral Voyage that Saved A Life

Tami had just graduated from college in June of 1996. She lived in New York and came to my Los Angeles office to learn how to leave her body. I completed her training by the second week in June and she returned to New York.

One issue Tami had was what to do during the summer, as she was entering graduate school that September. She did not tell me about this until much later that year. After a few days of contemplation. Tami decided to travel to Europe and spend the last half of the summer there.

She practiced the technique we worked on during her stay in Los Angeles, and became a fairly experienced voyager by the month of July. At that time she decided to fly to Paris first, as some of her friends were there and wanted her to join them on their European trip.

Tami visited the Learning Temple of Askleposis on the astral plane and viewed her akashic records. She was able to report glimpses of her future. One thing that shocked her was the foreknowledge that she was destined to die on her way to Paris.

This at first bothered Tami. She became excited about going to Europe, but her astral voyages had already demonstrated their accuracy in a few previous trips, during which she was able to see into the future and effect minor changes in her life.

He solution was to not leave for Europe until the end of July. Tami”s original plans called for her leaving New York on July 17th on TWA flight 800. I’m sure this flight will be familiar to you. It crashed, killing all 230 passengers and crew.

Had Tami ignored the information she obtained from her OBE, she would be there now, only she wouldn’t be returning to the physical plane as Tami. She would have died and crossed into spirit with a severed silver cord.

So the next time you hear that astral projection is dangerous, you want to ignore your intuition or ‘gut feeling’, and that hypnosis, astral projecting, and other ‘paranormal mind tricks’ don’t exist — think again. Just imagine the power of having an out of body experience that by just doing something differently, could reap incredible rewards… or simply just save your life.

Who knows — maybe you’ll just become the world’s next superhero — just what we need in this crazy world of ours!

7 Myths about Astral Projection 1

lies about astral projection

There are bucket loads of misconceptions, lies, and rumors about the art of astral projection floating around. Unfortunately the people who lie about astral travel aren’t Pinocchio so you don’t know whether they are telling the truth, so let’s play myth buster and go through some of the most common queries about astral projection that you may have thought of or heard of before.

7 Myths Preventing You from Your Astral Projection Experiences

Myth 1 : Astral Projection is very rare.
Astral Projection is a very common phenomenon indeed. 5% to 10% of the world’s population has experienced a conscious Out of body experience at least once. This means around 6 million in the U.K or as much as 30 million in the United States.

Myth 2 : Astral Projection is always spontaneous. You cannot learn it.
Yes, you can learn to Astral Project at will. There are countless techniques that teach you how to have an OOBE. Since every individual is different, no particular technique is best for everybody. You have to find out which method is best for you. Just like anything in life, you have to practice and get good at it.

Myth 3 : Not everyone can learn to Astral Project. It is only for a selected few.
Yes, anyone can Astral Project. But it requires some practice, consistency and open-mindedness. Just like you learn to walk, ride a bicycle or swim, Astral Projection is a skill you need to learn.

Myth 4 : Astral Projection is dangerous.
Astral Projection is a natural experience reported in every culture and society of the world. It is safe for most people. But anyone who has acute psychological problems should avoid it.

Myth 5 : It takes several years to achieve a conscious Astral Projection.
Since every individual is different, no one can guarantee how long it can take. Some achieve it in the first try and others do not achieve it even in two years! But if tried consistently, about 30 days is a fair enough time to experience at least one projection.

Myth 6 : It is possible that you may not be able to get back into the physical body.
You see, every night when we sleep, our Astral body is out of our physical body. We are just not conscious about it. During Astral Projection, we are aware of the fact that we’re in another dimension. Since after every night’s sleep we can easily get back into the body, we can do the same after Astral Projection too

The surprising fact is that it is difficult to stay out of the body. Getting back into your body is instant and automatic. Your Astral Body is connected to your physical body by a Silver Cord, which ensures that you can always get back in.

Myth 7: It is necessary to be good at visualization.
Visualization is not a necessary ingredient for Projection. But if the Projector can increase his ability to visualize it will help him progress faster.

Astral Projection Experience at the Monroe Institute 2

Are you an astral projection beginner and are wondering what exactly is involved with in an astral projection experience?

Discover an Astral Projection Experience at the Monroe Institute!

The Monroe Institute is the world’s leading non-profit organization devoted to exploring human consciousness. They also have produced the famous hemi sync audio technology trademarked by the Monroe Institute, that can be used for several applications including for out of body experiences.

Carol Sabick, a student at the Monroe Institute, explains her astral travel experience which was monitored scientifically. To increase Carol’s experience, they used a type of astral projection audio which uses frequencies called binaural beats which change the brainwaves to induce her astral voyage.

Have you ever had a hemi sync gateway experience to the astral world? I’d love to hear more about people’s experiences with this amazing technology.

The Near Death Experience 0

near death experience cemetery

Dr. Warren Bell, a respected Canadian Physician and well-known spokesperson, recently spoke at the University of Victoria about:

Is there scientific proof of Near Death Experience or Out of Body Experiences?

The second category of evidence is related to near-death (NDE) or out of body experiences (OOBE), he says.

Research on NDEs in particular has undergone quite an explosion with what are called prospective studies being carried out in Holland and Britain,” he says. “In prospective studies you decide what you’re going to look for before you carry out the study and you stick to the rules.”

Bell says these studies are generally considered to produce stronger evidence than retrospective ones that derive results from looking back at evidence that has already been collected.

Within the scientific community skeptics have advanced the notion that all these phenomena are induced by metabolic or biochemical anomalies,” he says.

But a careful reading of the literature makes it clear, in my opinion, that NDE evidence is too consistent and too unusual to be explained away by such simplistic approaches.”

Bell notes there are other sources of data, including one lengthy cross-cultural study of death-bed visions, which showed consistent patterns of behaviour and reported experiences that strongly suggest a very particular communication between the dying and those loved ones who had previously died.

The net conclusion from the data I have seen is that consciousness and our physical selves separate not only before death but obviously at the time of death as well.”

True Story of an Astral Projection Experience 0

Herbie Brennan’s Out of Body Experience

New York Times Best Selling Author, Herbie Brennan, recounts his first experiences with astral projecting in his 20’s. This out of body experience changed the course of his life forever as he started to investigate this phenomenon. Herbie Brennan’s research led him to write his first published book about esoteric subjects called, Astral Doorways, which went on to become a best-seller.

Astral Projection Technique: Hammock Technique 4

hammock on the beach

Another effective astral projection technique is the “Hammock Technique”. This is especially useful if you like hammocks and visualization.

The Hammock Technique

The Hammock Technique : Visualize yourself lying in a bright white hammock, stationed between two palm trees on a secluded beach. Imagine the feeling of swaying in the wind, and recreate that feeling now as you visualize yourself swaying from side to side in the hammock. Repeat this visualization for as long as it takes to bring forth the vibrations, and when you feel the vibrations, just “roll-out” of your body.

Astral Projection Rope Technique 1

Easy Astral Projection Technique by Robert Bruce

rope

This easy technique created by Robert Bruce is one of the most effective techniques for astral projection. This basic method is great for beginners as astral projectors exert pressure at a single point on your astral body, to force a separation from this astral body from the physical body.

A key ingredient to the new projection techniques is an invisible, imaginary ROPE hanging from your ceiling. This ROPE will be used to exert dynamic pressure at a single point on your astral body to force its separation from the physical.

The ROPE technique is similar, but more direct and hence more effective than other more passive and indirect methods, such as reaching out and pulling vibrations into you, or visualizing yourself in front of yourself. The idea of pulling vibrations into you is vaguely illogical, if you understand the mechanics of projection.

The vibrations are an effect and NOT a cause of projection. When enough pressure is exerted on the astral body to loosen it sufficiently, the energy body expands and energy flows through the chakra system to be stored in the energy body. This flow of energy through the hundreds of chakras and their connecting web, or meridians, CAUSES these vibrations. This normally happens, unnoticed, during sleep.
