8 Easy Tips to Remembering your Astral Voyage 0

Don’t worry, here are 8 easy methods that I would like to share with you in order to remember what happened during your astral projections experiences because I know what it feels like at the beginning to forget your out of body experience and potentially lose out on valuable information that you’ve gained through these experiences.

8 Steps to Recall your Astral Projection Experiences

1. Affirmation before Projection : Before you start your projection, always affirm that your consciousness will be crystal clear during your travels and you will bring back vivid memories of everything that happens on the Astral plane. If you repeat this couple of times with desire and intent, you will have a very good chance of having a high recall.

2. Affirmation during Projection : When you are out in the Astral, remind yourself several times that whatever you are experiencing will stay with you once you are back. Never loose this thought. Hammer this into your subconscious that you will remember, you will remember. And you WILL remember!

3. Stay still! : As soon as you are back in your body, DO NOT MOVE from the position in which you awaken, and do not think of the day’s concerns. Keep your eyes closed and try to recollect your experience. A major cause of dream forgetting is interference from other thoughts competing for your attention. Therefore, let your first thought upon awakening be, “What was I just dreaming?” Allow them to naturally come to your mind. You may remember them in fragments. Don’t worry. Try to remember whatever you can.

4. Keep a Dream Journal : The single most important thing that you can do to increase your recall is to keep a journal. You may call this diary your Astral Journal if you want, and this will record details of all your Astral travels. An Astral journal can be as simple or as elaborate as you want.

5. Recall backwards : Cling to any clues of what you might have been experiencing–moods, feelings, fragment of images, and try to rebuild a story from them. When you recall a scene, try to recall what happened before that, and before that, reliving the dream in reverse. Write everything down

6. Change sleep position : If you feel nothing more can be recalled, try changing your sleeping position. By doing this you will often remember more. Again, keep on writing everything that comes to your mind.

7. Capture keywords : While recalling your experiences, the emphasis is on capturing key words and phrases. Include a date and a meaningful title to each experience. This will help you in analyzing what kind of experiences you went through during a particular phase in your life. It is also suggested that you write everything in the present tense instead of the past tense. This gives u a greater chance of recall.

8. Have a scribbling pad handy : It is also an excellent idea to have a scribbling notepad and pen handy, especially by your bed. You may also have a bedside lamp or flashlight for recording key words and phrases when you awaken during the night. You will sometimes wake up in pitch dark with vivid recollections of your travel. Write them down immediately. Do not wait till you get up in the morning. By morning, you may forget it altogether!

Cons of Cosmetic Surgery 0

forehead

Looking to give yourself a new facelift without surgery by using botox?

Think again.

This article by Patrick of Energy Healing Info discusses the cosmetic surgery risks for out of body experience enthusiasts. If you’re afraid that cosmetic surgery will affect the opening of your third eye, this is a great article for you.

Although Patrick says that it may not affect your third eye and therefore not interfere with your psychic abilities like astral projection, telepathy, and so on; using botox can be an inefficient and dangerous way of bringing balance.

If you are into new age, alternative therapies you should look into more alternative therapies like meditation.

I do not think that injection of Botox directly interferes with third eye function. Technically, a person who is completely paralyzed could have fantastic third eye function and be able to demonstrate astral projection, telepathy, clairvoyance and many other nifty third eye skills. I do, however, feel that it is a dangerous and inefficient way of bringing balance.

If you want to use Botox solely for cosmetic (vanity) use, I would strongly urge you away from it. Paralyzing the muscles in your forehead to minimize the look of a furrowed brow is not going to make you a better person. It is an artificial way of improving your feelings of self worth. I would urge you to first look at why you aren’t happy with your appearance.

Are you so worried that your brow is constantly furrowed? If so, consider meditation or some herbal supplements that will help you to handle the stressors in your life. Meditation is one of the most important things you can do to improve any situation in your life. Meditation provides guidance in every situation. It helps you to observe factors in your life that are out of balance. Even more than that, meditation provides inner guidance for how best to bring balance back.

Using a potentially toxic substance to temporarily change the way you look will not necessarily change the way you feel about yourself. Instead, focus on physical health through eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, minimizing junk food and fast food (which do not honor the body), and engaging in regular joyous exercise like dance, martial arts, tai chie, chi gong, or yoga. These activities will all reduce stress (thereby indirectly reducing the “furrowed brow” look), and improve your self image in such a way that improves your entire life.

Astral Projection Techniques From Seth 0

Now if you’re new to Seth, let me explain a little first.

Seth is a very wise entity that hit international fame when he spoke through Jane Roberts while she was in a trance.  He was the one who coined the phrase, “You create your own reality.” Some even say he’s the one that rocket propelled the New Age movement. His first book was published in the late 1960s and his books have since sold over 7 million copies. Many have claimed that he can help you answer your life questions and improve yourself.

So here is a technique to further your astral projections from Seth. For those of you who have tried this technique or any other techniques by Seth please drop us a comment and share your insights.

Astral Projection, Technique 1 From A Seth Book

These are my instructions. You may consider this your first lesson. We will go by easy stages, for we do not want you betwixt and between. You may induce a medium trance in whatever way you choose. On occasion this will be spontaneous, as you know. For best results in the beginning it is good to make a projection attempt when you already feel physically drowsy, but pleasantly so. When you have induced the trance state, then begin to examine your own subjective feelings until you find recognition of the inner self.

This involves a recognition of yourself as distinct from the fleshy fibers in which you reside. Then begin to imagine this inner self rising upward. You should experience even at this point an internal sense of motion. This motion may be from side to side, as you gently shake yourself loose, so to speak.

It may be a rushing upward. Whichever motion you experience there will be a moment where you feel yourself, your identity and consciousness, definitely withdrawing from the physical organism. Before you attempt the projection, however, the suggestion should be given that the physical organism will be well protected and comfortable. Now when you feel the consciousness withdrawing, there are two things you may do. I suggest the first step I shall give you in preference to the second.

Steve Pavlina’s Astral Projection Experiences 0

Is Astral Projection Worthwhile for Personal Development?

steve-pavlina

Steve Pavlina, who runs the well-known blog and published author of “Personal Development for Smart People”, answers a sought after question — is astral projection worth the time and effort for self-improvement?

Steve says, “YES!” while he describes his introduction to having out of body experiences through his wife and the continuing experiences that he has while astral projecting.

What’s there for personal development in astral traveling?  Is it worthwhile to pursue the astral world and neglect the physical world?

I first learned about real astral projection in 1994.  Before that I only knew the phony version as depicted in movies and computer games.  For me astral exploration was a natural extension of lucid dreaming, although the two experiences are quite different.  I learned both from Erin, who’s an accomplished lucid dreamer and astral traveler.  She even wrote a novel based on her astral experiences, although it’s never been published.  I also learned about astral projection from a few books, one of which was Far Journeys by Robert Monroe.  If you’ve never had an astral experience yourself, I doubt you’d be able to believe what he’s written.

Astral Dreams 0

What are Astral Dreams?

sleeping on the grass

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between a vivid dream and astral traveling, and how you can tell the difference between them?

Finding out the difference is the key to having better out of body experiences, as you don’t have to worry about whether you did it right or not. A real benefit after learning the basic techniques of astral travel, your psychic abilities will begin to keep picking up as you become more spiritually aware — even if you are the biggest sci fi skeptic of the century!

Here’s an excerpt of an article that I found really interesting to read especially for those in the beginners level, as it gives some techniques for astral projection beginners to start creating a record of your astral projection experience successes!

Astral Travel — The Truth Will Set You Free!

When you have those dreams of flight, this is very similar to the experience of astral travel. The feeling of being airborne is much like the way that your astral body travels through the astral plane. All you need to do is focus on the place you want to or on the things which you want and your astral body is there in the blink of an eye. When your physical body and mind are at rest, your astral body is free to roam the universe.

Although we may astral travel while we are asleep, it should not be mistaken for dreaming. Dreaming is quite different, since it happens entirely within your brain as it goes over what has happened that day, placing things into context and allowing you to get past them and awake rested the next day. Your dreams may or may not be remembered after you awake, which is an important difference between astral travel and dreaming.

Astral Projections and Reincarnation 0

Is it just a dream?

dream

When I have vivid dreams and remember it the morning after, I always wonder “Dreams — are they fact or fiction?” and “What do my dreams mean?” Have you ever been in the same shoes?

I recently found a good article written by Jaime Licauco that was published in the Phillipines Daily Inquirer. Jaime is an authority and a renowned parapsychologist in the Phillipines who is the Founder and President of the Inner Mind Development Institute which is a training center for psychic investigation and more.

In Jaime’s article, he writes about astral projection and reincarnation.

What dreams tell about previous life

Several times after falling asleep, I could see everyone in the room, but I couldn’t move, speak or scream. I have difficulty breathing. It scares me because the harder I try to move or shout, the more I can’t. I just stay frozen in bed.

As soon as I become awake, I would instantly fall back into the same state and see everything in the room again. I would try changing my position but it doesn’t help.

My husband told me after waking up fully from this experience that I was moaning, but he ignored me because I looked like I was only dreaming.

I told him in detail what he was doing for the past minutes while he thought I was in deep sleep. He was surprised to hear that I was completely aware of my surroundings at that moment, even the television show he was watching and the commercials.

Is this normal? Or am I just having bangungot [nightmare]?” (name withheld upon request).

There’s really nothing you should be worried about. You’re just having spontaneous astral projection or out-of-body experience (OOBE) during sleep. This is a fairly common and natural occurrence. It happens to a lot of people. It has happened to me, too, but not as frequently.
